Islands & Catamarans
Day trips to the islands: Saona and Catalina, by catamaran or boat, with beach and lunch included.

Isla Saona en catamarán, día completo
10 hours · Hotel pickup
The classic excursion on this coast. It departs early to Bayahibe, crosses by speedboat to Isla Saona, and returns by catamaran with a stop at the natural pool, a sandbank in the middle of the sea where the water is waist-deep. The day is spent between Playa Bonita and Mano Juan, with Dominican lunch under the coconut trees, returning to Juan Dolio at sunset.

Isla Catalina: snorkel y playa
10 hours · Hotel pickup
Facing La Romana, an hour and a half from Juan Dolio, Isla Catalina has a shallow reef starting just a few meters from the shore: it can be seen with a snorkel and mask, no experience or course needed. The trip combines snorkeling time with an afternoon on the beach and lunch, and is the alternative to Saona when looking for fewer crowds and clearer water.
